Monitor the contract fulfillment E2E (PO issue, manufacture, transportation, customs clearance and warehousing); pre-alert the risk in advance and find the supply solution

Serve as mediator between the EG customs Authorities and the customers to ensure smooth Customs clearance process, by obtaining the documents needed for clearance.

Working with Huawei supply chain and after sales departments to receive and distribute external requested spare parts,
Resolving formal complaints from CPA and NTRA,
Auditing and determining main points, which caused delaying or unsatisfying customers
Sending daily reports about customers’ complaints, repairing devices status

Responsible for reservation training halls, consistent with trainers for our human development courses, addressed problems with customers to promote quick and successful solution.
Helping in hiring new employees.
