Morgan Barth is a well-established school administrator who most recently served as principal of a public-charter high school in New Haven, Connecticut, and is currently transitioning to Nashville, Tennessee. At Achievement First (AF) Amistad High School, Morgan Barth managed growth and development at an open-enrollment college prep school focused on the needs of underserved students.

Mr. Barth’s accomplishments included ensuring sustained academic success that included 100 percent college acceptance rates for seniors. A large percentage of these students were among the first in their generation to attend higher education. Under his watch, AF Amistad achieved top ranking among Connecticut high schools and a 13th national ranking by US News and World Report.

Mr. Barth was previously based in Brooklyn and engaged as regional superintendent with Achievement First. He was responsible for guiding a public-charter school network that spans 35 schools across New York City, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. His responsibilities with the high-performing network encompassed training and mentoring principals and other school leaders.
