Over the course of his career, Mohsen Grayeli has developed a reputation as an accomplished real estate investor, developer, project manager, and owner. Mohsen Grayeli has sold his renovated properties for 20 years, during which time he has demonstrated skill at purchasing a property at a discount and securing a profit after its remodeling.

Mohsen Grayeli also works with government clients as owner of ASAP, LLC, a construction management group that has renovated several Washington, DC, court buildings and other government offices. He continues to renovate and sell private property under his own name. For each project, Mr. Grayeli oversees quality and construction compliance to ensure that the final result meets all relevant building regulations.

An enthusiastic traveler in his free time, Mr. Grayeli enjoys encountering new cultures and seeing the natural beauty that the world has to offer. He seeks out new foods in his travels and has found Persian and Italian to be his favorite cuisines.
