  • Handle Functions related with Government Departments and other Private Departments to obtain Permits, Licenses and resolve other related issues.
  • Submitting and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc.
  • Labor Office & Immigration Works such as online and normal visa submission, visa renewal, medical tests, medical insurance absconder’s and online visa cancellation.
  • Accurately preparing the documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities maintaining confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
  • Visit Government offices on regular basis to submit requisitions for permits licenses and sort out any other pending issue.
  • Permitting officer for Louvre Abu Dhabi Project at Sadiyaat Island : Dealing with Construction permit directorate at Abu Dhabi Municipality and other Government Departments and Agencies regarding all permits and NOC’s required for the project ( Building permit , temporary fence , Excavation &Shoring permit ,Pilling Permit , Tower Crane permit , architect Drawings approvals , structural drawings approvals , Pour Concrete approvals ,Completion Certificate , Etc………).

    Oversee and obtain all kind of license, Permits and approvals.
  • • Processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registrations, pertaining to employees, company vehicles.
  • Liaising with all government departments to follow the company requirements and issue the required permits.
  • Manage the process of arranging telecommunication facilities for sites, Branches and Head office.
  • Handles the submission of documents, requests, registrations, renewals, and other matters that concern to company projects and properties.
  • Clearing of customs documentations.
  • Assistance to employees in obtaining personal visas, when requested.
  • Process and renew of permits and licenses including the company trade license, chamber of commerce, Classification Certificate, civil defense certificate for the company, etc.
  • Receives and processes requests to reimburse expenses relating to family visas and residence fees. Verifies authenticity of requests and receipts, and notifies the Finance Division for further action.
  • Follow with Embassies for visa issuance for existing staff going on duty travel.
  • Liaise with Police Department in case of any accident/Injury or death of workplace and handle the case.
  • Liaise with Hospitals in case of any of any accident/injury/illness or death at workplace and handle the case.
  • Liaise with police department to rent cars and construction equipments.
  • Coordinate with transport departments for registration and renewal of all company vehicles, vehicle insurance, etc...
  • Liaise with different embassies to obtain visas for foreign countries.
  • Handling Company Waste Management Reduction Plan, Intending to comply with the requirement Liability of relevant local laws to ensure adequate safe management of wastes generated by the company such as; as a result of its projects related activities.
  • Identify and develop network with reputed resources and governmental people to facilitate Government related transactions and increase efficiency in the process.
  • Types and prepares reports, correspondence, memos, security passes, and various forms of the section, and maintains and updates a comprehensive filling system.
  • Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Management advised of such changes.
  • Investigate about the changes legislation and government regulations and communicate same to department manager.

  • Follow up and ensure adherence to pre-agreed timelines for the same.

  • Dealing with all matters related to trade license application, renewal and other statutory compliances.
  • Liaise with other company’s PRO’s for all matters related to residence visa cancellation, passport retrievals.
  • Dealing with various embassies and consulate on all matters related to the processing of Business Visa’s.
  • Dealing with Etisalat for the application and processing of new P.O. Box, Telephone and Fax for new companies.
  • Processing of MOL Card and Establishment Card.
  • Support Management Travel - by ensuring necessary business visas are secured
  • Establish a follow-up system for visa renewals for traveling managers - traveling managers need to be provided with valid travel visa for all countries where Business Activities are in progress .
  • Deposit visas at the airport prior to staff/guest arrival
  • Meet Company guests/staff arriving on company visa and escort them to place of accommodation / hotel.
  • Prepare airport pass and meeting VIP guests on their arrival,
  • Deals with the governmental departments and ministries for the related matters
  • Provide support and advice to all employees on any PR related matters
  • Monitor expiry dates of all staff visa and ensure proper follow up is made and visa renewal requests are submitted before visa expiry date.
  • Deals with Chairman’s personal governmental and legal requirements etc. when required.
  • Process and monitor pool car registration and renewal, traffic fines payment etc.
  • Accountable for collecting cash from Finance for formalities charges and keeping records of such expenses.
  • Performs other related duties as and when required.
  • Report and monitor the absconding staff if there’s any.
