A member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers, Mohammad Riaz has served as owner of the Bronx, New York-based National Restoration Group, Inc., since 2010. In this regard, Mohammad Riaz oversees all aspects of project management for the commercial contracting company. His responsibilities include estimating and submitting bids for projects, negotiating and signing contracts, and completing the permit application and approval process.
In addition to managing the business, Mohammad Riaz maintains an interest in expansion projects for businesses and how they can use such capital improvements to save on property taxes. A member of the Islamic Society of North America, he also regularly volunteers at his local mosque and serves New York's homeless population at soup kitchens.
Mr. Riaz earned a bachelor's degree in construction management from Brooklyn College and holds an associate's degree in computer science from Nassau Community College. His hobbies include jet skiing, softball, and traveling. He also enjoys watching movies and attending Broadway shows.
