  • Missions:-
    1. Attend the work site in time for the system of shifts and inquire about the status of the station and the work and events that need follow-up from the last shift Engineer.
  •  2. Read the operating log and production report for shift engineers running during the last 24 hours.
  •  3. The attendance of the operators and the distribution of work to them at the beginning of the shifts.
  •  4. Conducting inspection tours of the station and the operators in the site during his period.
  •  5. Continues to apply the weekly operating schedules to reach the required production e ciently and safely.
  •  6. Maintains normal operation of the station and gives instructions to correct unusual changes.
  •  7. Ensure the chemical values of the plant in coordination with the laboratory.
  •  8. Follow all routine daily, weekly and monthly routines at the station, such as changing the working equipment to the backup equipment and carrying out the protection tests for equipment according to the schedules.
  •  9. Approves the repair requests during his shift intervals.
  •  10. Ensure the isolation of equipment and devices that need maintenance before giving work permit for maintenance.
  •  11. Issuing work permits and coordinating with the Safety Department for permits that require this , Ending work permit after the completion of maintenance work and the return of the equipment to the normal situation in preparation for operation.
  •  12. Participate in the meetings of the operating department to discuss the operation and safety of the station.
  •  13. Coordinates all operational activities or changes in the condition of the station with the operation manager, the desalination engineer, the power engineer and the auxiliary machinery observer.
  •  14. A report or suggestion is made to make some necessary changes in order to improve production or modify design de ciencies at the station.
  •  15. The operational events shall be recorded in the daily operating log and discussed with the shift charge Engineer in the following shift.
  •  16. Incidents report and sudden stop Reports are reported.
  •  17. Write a report on any work injury that occurs in his shift.
  •  18. Follow up with the supervisor of shift preparations for the unit before operation and carry out the necessary tests.
  •  19. Follow up startup and stop operations on the unit.
  •  20. Periodic safety meetings shall be held in his neighborhood.
  •  21. Conducts evaluation tests for operators in his shift .
  •  22. Supervises the training of new operators and trainees during shifts.
  •  23. The e ciency reports shall be written for the operators in his shift, the signing of vacations and the requests for overtime.
  •  24. Supervising and ensuring that the unit's safety tests are carried out according to the schedules.
  •  25. Contact the emergency committee of the station in extreme cases. And follow standard steps in case of emergency.
  •  26. Continues in coordination with the supervisor of the shift conservation operations for boilers and turbines during the stop for maintenance.
    1. Coordinate with the local grid Coordination Center in the case of changing the electrical loads , also coordinates with the fuel supply facility used in the local grid Coordination Center.
    1. Participates in the committees formed by the station manager when needed to investigate certain technical problems to nd out their causes and nd appropriate solutions to them and avoid future occurrence.
  •  29. Supervising and maintaining the cleanliness of work sites and equipment of the station.
  • Since 26/9/2016 tell now i'm working in New Capital Power Station 4800 MW as an operation engineer
  • -I received training for operating Siemens 8000H units by Siemens in Egypt and Germany from 20/5/2017 to 10/2/2018
    • I attended back energize tests for GIS
      and working as an operation engineer for GIS
    • now i'm working as an operation engineer for combined cycle units
  • since 6/11/2010 to i'm worked as an operation engineer in south cairo power station ( Siemens Steam units )
  • from to 25/9/2016 i'm worked as an operation engineer in south cairo power station (GE 9001E GAS Turbines)
  • i'm worked as an operation engineer for Hydroplants units in new naga hammadi power station
  • im worked as ajonior electracian for WDI i n Lybia branch reg. 802
