Detailed Description

• Demonstrate the ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment and make within the scope of assigned authority
• Possess a good knowledge in all the construction disciplines that includes but not limited to Architectural Finishing works, Structural works and Electrical works
• Review contract documents, technical submittals & prepare Method of statements.
• Possess good experience in registering and managing Projects Coordination & Progress meetings
• Monitoring the project progress against target schedule.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports including detailed evaluation for all the site construction activities supported by illustrating site photos.
• Proficient in design and construction supervision of all the Mechanical Systems; HVAC system, water supply system, drainage system & firefighting system.
• Experience in various design codes such as British Standards, ASTM, ANSI, NFBA and other International design codes.
• Review shop drawings and as-built plans to assure compliance with codes, standards, Regulations and design manuals.
• Coordinates with other trades and attend construction meetings with suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Test and Commission related works after completion of construction and ensure its compliance with specifications and standards.

Detailed Description

Al-Rajhi Bank Head Quarter - High Rise Tower - The project site is located in the Riyadh region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is comprised of 4 basement levels, G+10+roof floors of parking podium and a G+36 story grade “A” office tower.

• Cost estimation and quoting for new projects.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings, methods and safety rules for External & Internal, Site plan.
• Plans the execution of Mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Directly responsible for the safety of all Mechanical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety and environment al standards.
• Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment installation Activities for HVAC, Fire Fighting.
• Solve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time
• Follow Technical submittals and materials submittals till final approval.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the MEP Manager
