My main objective is to always improve company products and to increase profitability. This consists of using marketing concepts and techniques for tasks such as research, monitoring the market, developing the company’s 8’ps, branding, and many more tasks that are listed in my work experience.
With more than five years experience between the Gulf and African booming markets I gained experience with dealing with international suppliers, different types of clients, and communicating in different languages. This benefitted me by developing my communication skills and adaptation.

  • Developing an annual and monthly marketing plan for each brand in order to deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget. Including: Social media, events, social activities, direct marketing, printing, design, re-product developing from packaging, labeling, etc.
  • Conducting market research and products studies in order to identify market requirements for current and new products and report them to the management
  • Managing marketing team consists of one designer, one social media officer, one event coordinator, and one marketing assistant.
  • Communicating and coordinating with the international suppliers for placing new orders, product features, label design, forecast and marketing programs.

  • Preparing monthly sales targets and market segmentation for the outdoor sales in coordination with the sales management
  • Frequent market visits to the company POS, the target market, competitors places, at times with the suppliers, to give market feedback to the top management
  • Play a liaison between top managers, POS managers and head of departments
  • Setting the company products price based on the landing cost, market demand, daily sales, upcoming estimate arrival day for the coming shipment, stock on hand, competitor’s product availability, etc.

SICAM LDA is one of the top three biggest companies in Angola in FMCG business dealing with over 300 items that vary between commodities and non-commodities such as wheat flour, sugar, Massa spaghetti, biscuits. The company's products come from international supplier located in different parts of the world such as Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Portugal, Thailand, Canada, Holland, Egypt, U.A.E, India, Indonesia,etc. This company has more than 60 point of sales spread throughout all of Angola with importing over 400 containers per month.
  • Planned, located and established with existing and new customers.
  • Obtained relevant documentation, reviewed, prepared, and proposed suitable materials and quotation in coordination with the technical team.
  • Prepared sales quotations in line with the company pricing policy. Proposed my recommendation to the upper manager for final approval.
  • Organized follow up visits and reported weekly about my sales activities in my territory, the status of the pending, in-going projects, and my sales figures.
  • Joined weekly internal sales meeting with my colleagues and the managers to validate our sales strategy, refine tactics, exchange information, and plan for the coming actions.
  • Presented technical presentation for executed projects, and technical presentation for potential projects in coordination with technical Dept.
  • Updated my sales forecast on a monthly basis.
  • Reported all relevant market information collected during my sales meetings concerning competitions, projects, and prices.
  • Established excellent, friendly, and professional relationship with my clients. Always ensured a prompt and reliable service in my territory and especially with projects' consultants, Project Managers, sub-contractors and Contractors.

This company is the largest Gypsum Plasterboard manufacturing plant in the Gulf region with an annual production capacity of 50 million m2. The product line includes The Gypsum Plasterboard's and the provision of complete Drywall Systems.
  • Participated in the launching of 12 successful marketing campaigns for FMCG, fashion, Electronics, Cosmetics and Jewelry product lines. Such as summer promotion and back to school promotion.
  • Handled Successful privilege promotional agreement with key accounts: Qatar foundation, QatarRas Gas, Ministry of affairs, Ministry of interior and Al- Jazeera
  • Participated in designing and implementing event opening plans for five new mono-brands.
  • Cooperated with different media agencies to arrange promotional activities for our product lines.
  • Engaged in marketing activities: Media coverage booking, Design and Merchandising.
