Project Manager Portfolio includes UX projects for Ministry of Health, TransLink, BC Assessment, CanAssist.
Partner with key stakeholders to develop the vision and strategy for the user experience on their platforms.
Develop project plans and ensure milestones are met according to schedule. Track issues, facilitate resolution and provide weekly status reports to senior executives.
Facilitate multiple weekly project meetings of external and internal teams.
Act as escalation point for change requests and client concerns, and work closely with department team leads to prioritize issues and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
