1-Undertaking assessments of training needs (TNA) and developing a yearly plan to meet identified needs.
2-Maintaining close communication with managers and staff to discuss training needs to ensure that they are fully aware of training opportunities available internally or externally
3-Evaluating all trainings and developments provided.
4-Implementing the process of performance appraisals for all company's employees.
