FAA Commercial Pilot License with instrument and multi-engine ratings, with 309.6 flying hours. CPL trained in KLVK, Livermore, California, USA. Recurrent training at RPLC, Clark, Philippines in May 2012 and December 2014. Latest recurrent training in DA40 NG at RCFN, Taitung, Taiwan in June 2019.

Currently a Flight Operations Officer in Taiwan government's Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA, equivalent to FAA) since May 2018, dealing with flight safety, ground safety, flight watch, providing basic weather and ATC services. Based in Cimei Airport(RCCM/CMJ).

Served as a First Officer Trainee in TransAsia Airways' ATR fleet in 2015, type rated with flying experiences in ATR 72-600.

Previously a Flight Information Officer in Taiwan government's Civil Aeronautics Administration(CAA, equivalent to FAA), dealing with NOTAMs, international flight plans, gun firing charts and Aeronautical E-service website, an information system similar to FAA's DUATS, providing preflight briefings.
