Functional Software Testing and Software Validation of the DCDC ECU;
Requirement Analysis for high power density & high frequency devices;
Designing and developing test sequences for automated and manual tests in order to validate the Test Specification document;
Running test sequences, analyzing and investigating the results, reproducing and recording the observed defects, proposing solutions for correct the product.
Piloting the validation activity : suggesting an answer in terms of test facilities, test procedures and milestones of the activity and assuring that the planning and deadlines are respected.
Elaborating or modifying validation plans in conformity with the specifications in the CAPL.
Model-in-the-Loop validation and physical validation of the ECU on the test benches (HIL systems), to perform functional testing.
Black box testing, Manual testing, Automated testing, Boundary testing, Regression testing and Acceptance testing.
Investigating and reporting issues by creating Anomaly Reports (Serena/SBM) during the ECU’s development, but also during the ECU’s serial life.
Participation and contribution at technical specifications review.
Configure messages and their signals before and during measurement using the Interactive Generator block (IG).
Reprogramming the ECU using BTP UDS Reprogramming Tool.
Elaborating or modifying validation plans in conformity with the specifications in the CAPL in order to perform functional validation of the ECU on the test benches (Hardware In the Loop systems).
Piloting the validation activity : suggesting an answer in terms of test facilities, test procedures and milestones of the activity and assuring that the planning and deadlines are respected.
Coordinate the Validation team and offering technical support also for MIL&HIL Lighting Function Validation Team from Renault France Laboratory.
Analysing documentation containing information for the electronic control units of different systems and updating existing procedures in order to improve the quality of the process.
Validation of production on simulator and validation performed on the EIPF (Electronic Integration Platform).
