I worked on a trainee program rotating and learning about different areas in a poultry plant and developing a giblets yield project in order to increase it.
As part of the training, I went to Brooks, Alberta, Canada for six months to rotate and learn, as well, about the beef industry, "5 S" implementation, process and critical operations mapping and standardization of visual information in JBS Canada to be able to be hired and to start working in JBS USA.
