Supervisor Recruitment and Separation:
The main functional responsibilities included:
• interface with the Centers of Excellence (CoE), Opco, and Service Delivery function at the SSH (not limited to) via Oracle workflows and non-Oracle workflows in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

MTN Share Options and Office Administrator:
• Administration and full function of Share Option Scheme
• Day to day administration of the Incentive Share Scheme
• Answering queries via email and telephonically;
• Maintain an accurate administrative and accounting records. • Selling and purchasing shares utilizing Singular.
• Ensuring that all transactions associated with the exercising of share options or debentures are properly documented and processed in accordance with company regulations, statutory and JSE requirements.
• Prepare all the calculations required for the listing of shares.
• Generating of resolutions, prepare letters to JSE, Transfer Secretaries and Merryl Linch.
• Updating resignations on a monthly basis.
• Generating Monthly Singular Reports for shares sold and purchased, then send them to R Nusse to forward to Salaries for payment.
• Reconciling Bank Statements from CitiBank and Standard Bank on a monthly basis. Get the Standard Bank Statement from Finance and Citibank from Robert Nusse. This is done every month.
• Make sure that every resolution is signed by directors by doing follow ups.
• Company Secretary Duties and Board pack Statutory Requirements
• Accurate dissemination of information within the group. Liaison with assistant company secretaries.
• Various administration duties relating to statutory by keeping registers of resolutions, Compiling and updating signatories. • To assist internal and external parties with financial statements, resolutions, memos etc.
• We prepare Board Pack for Group and subsidiary companies. We have meetings which require a board pack which is put together by company Secretary with submissions of matters to be dealt with in meetings.
• Company Secretary Duties and Board pack Statutory Requirements. Accurate dissemination of information within the group. Liaison with assistant company secretaries.
• Various administration duties relating to statutory by keeping registers of resolutions, Compiling and updating signatories. • To assist internal and external parties with financial statements, resolutions, memos etc.
• With assistance and co-operation from other parties administration is effectively managed. • Putting files where they should be for easy reference later. Updating of the Central Comp Secretary database for easy access and reference later.
• Liaising keeping up to date with change of addresses or numbers with our directors.
