Create original, engaging content for client social media networks
Conduct audits of client brand visibility to identify areas where clients can use digital technology to enhance and/or promote brand name and assist with marketing changes based on results from social and digital reporting
Developing an effective understanding of and ability to appropriately convey client messaging through public relations tactics, including monitoring industry news to develop an understanding of industry trends and events that will impact our clients and/or that we should incorporate into our media topics for pitches and articles
Research, interview, and develop case studies/white papers based on client needs and/or objectives
Travel to select events to represent NPC and/or support client interests, including key conferences and sales meetings
Researching top industry influencers and staying current with trends and tools
Managing agency’s and client's messaging and content on public web and social media channels
Experience working in PR outreach through Vocus (Cision), MyMediaInfo and Meltwater
Create and compile media lists based on client audience
Maintaining regular communications with supervisors regarding client accounts
