    • To guarantee the realization of the production programs in the respect of the objectives of the site in terms of quantities, quality, costs and delays.

    • Guarantee the customer satisfaction according to the magazine of contract (conformities, quantity, deadline, price ...),
    • Follow and analyze the competition, the evolutions of the market and anticipate the variations of the market,
    • Be in Commercial support of the Direction on the technical aspect of products during the negotiations, of the adaptation of specifications,
    • Oversee the administration and the logistics of sales (followed by stocks and deliveries),
    • Set goals to the person in charge of workshop, to the person in charge of sequencing, to the person in charge Method, in the engineering consulting firm and in the administrative assistants of the department, estimate their progress and their performances,
