Manage production workshops (coring, casting, melting, finishing)
To guarantee the realization of the production programs in the respect of the objectives of the site in terms of quantities, quality, costs and delays.
Organize and manage production in collaboration with support functions (supply chain, methods, maintenance, quality, purchasing, HR) and with supervisors to ensure compliance with manufacturing schedules and quality standards.
Supervise and animate the production staff: recruitment, integration, training, skills management and staff evaluation, respect of internal rules (discipline, procedures, instructions and instructions quality and HSE, internal communication, ...)
Pilot the "Production" process of the site: KPI monitoring, process procedures, continuous improvement plan, process audits.

Manage and coordinate the set of technical activities: production, maintenance, management of production, methods, make sure of the activity of production tools and staff,
Define the priorities of production,
Set up a system of follow-up of production ERP (SYNCHRO ERP),
Watch the efficiency of the means of production and the optimization of the industrial installations,
Give the purchase orders of raw materials and oversee the inventory management according to the procurement policy and the supply of raw materials defined in association with the DG and the DAF,
Oversee the current purchases,
Oversee the relations with the subcontractors,
Watch the efficiency of the service over quality, insure the preservation of the certifications of the company with the Quality controller,
Set up the software MAGMASOFT within the technical cell.
