  • Assisting the Royal Government of Cambodia in preparing Social Health Insurance for the formal sector workers (primarily Textile and Footwear Sector)
  • Technical support for the conceptual framework of the Social Health Insurance Law for formal sector workers.
  • Establishment of Training and Change Management plans. Coordination of consultancies with World Bank, AfD,
    GIZ, ILO and WHO
  • Analyzing performance and structures of existing business processes. Design of new business processes by iterating and validating the NSSF business objectives with key stakeholders against every of the processes introduced.
