An experienced professional in all things real estate, Michael Moshan serves as an experienced colleagues across the New York City area. He comes to this role having owned and operated an independent law practice, in which he represented buyers and sellers of residential property. Experienced in all aspects of the real estate purchasing process, Michael Moshan facilitated closings on townhouses, condominiums, coops and commercial leases.
Currently, Michael Moshan is growing a start up title insurance company, Haven Tusk Title Agency, in which certain profits are allocated to help endangered wildlife in Africa. Mr. Moshan is dedicated not only to the performing the highest service with respect to title insurance, but also helping our planet.
An accomplished musician as well, Michael Moshan further stands out as co-producer and co-songwriter for Rock the SAT, a beloved collection of original rock songs designed to help students memorize crucial vocabulary commonly tested on the SAT. He and his colleagues David Mendelsohn and Dr. Michael Shapiro released the recording (and companion book) in 2006 and then Mr. Moshan and Mr. Mendelsohn went on to release the second volume, Rock the SAT, Volume 2, in 2015. Rock the SAT received critical acclaim and has been widely used in classrooms across the country.
