The recipient of a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern Indiana, Michael Meyer later earned an MBA from the school while working full-time as an accountant with the Fortune 500 company Accuride Corporation, where he was charged with managing general ledger preparation as well as bank account and inventory reconciliations. In 1997, Michael Meyer earned a juris doctor from the University of Louisville and soon after began his career as an attorney. He holds membership with the Indiana Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association, and presently operates a private law office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Meyer pursues investment opportunities in real estate and conducts high-end property analysis throughout South Florida. He's also a highly active individual who offers personal training sessions to select clients and is a passionate supporter of causes benefiting cancer research. His other interests include fantasy football and basketball.
