A cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School who studied finance as an undergraduate at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, Michael Elliott Rubinger has served as a partner with the national law firm Nelson Mullins since 2010. Working out of the firm’s offices in Atlanta, Georgia, he represents corporate clients in a range of joint venture and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Highlights among Michael Elliott Rubinger’s work with Nelson Mullins include facilitating the sale of a $100-million telecommunications software business and the purchase of a $35-million quick-service restaurant (QSR) business. He has gained valuable professional experience as a partner, associate, and counsel with multiple practices and companies.
Outside of work, Mr. Rubinger sits on the board of directors of the security and traffic management company Perceptics as well as the community organization Friends of Little Nancy Creek Park. He formerly served as a board member of an Atlanta-based provider of wireless network optimization solutions.
