I came of age at a time when excess was the rule, and everyone wanted more. I spent most of my adult life in suits, attempting to be and seem successful. Then, through my daughters, I learned that I am to blame for the climate crisis. Myself, and others like me, and our utter disregard for the planet. I then turned my full attention to learning more about sustainability, green living, and environmental impacts. I feel it has made me smarter, but also much more aware of the world around me. So I write and speak, hoping to get to others who, like me, were led to believe the planet is not our problem.
