After earning her bachelor of arts in psychology from Emory University, Meredith Trattler attended the University of Miami, where she obtained a master of business administration with concentrations in accounting, finance, and marketing. She has also undertaken postgraduate studies in real estate development finance through the Urban Land Institute, and completed the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University. Meredith Trattler’s efforts in the fields of energy efficient and environmentally sustainable design have resulted in a LEED certification from the United States Green Building Council.
Meredith Trattler has owned the multifamily residential housing developer Cornerstone Campus Communities since 2012, and the Good Times Office Supply & Coffee Service since 1996. A supplier for multiple large property management associations and pubic institutions, Good Times currently offers one-stop shopping for more than 55,000 products.
Ms. Trattler is also the author of the professional and personal self-help book Secrets to Popularity and Friendship: A Guide for Social Success. In 2006, she met president George W. Bush as an official dinner guest.
