• 29 years of progressive library experience obtained from public, academic and legal service environments. • 25 years of library leadership and management experience. • Able to plan, direct and evaluate complex operations and projects using manpower, time, funds and available resources to accomplish long and short term strategic plans. • Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing; handle multiple priorities and collaborate internally and externally with others to resolve complex problems. • Strong proficiency with MS Office, PC hardware and software, Integrated Library Systems, Self-Service Internet Reservation, RFID controlled self-checkout and return systems. • Active community service involvement and Committee participation.
