  • Authored and gained approval of comprehensive, large-scale, learning curricula strategy and aligned curricula with Bank business objectives to support the BEACON Tier One Project – a multi-million-dollar project designed to improve Bank infrastructure and enhance customer digital banking experience.
  • Managed all aspects of the BEACON Learning Curricula development project end-to-end. Led Learning & Performance (L&P) project team through curricula design, development, and implementation. Monitored a $400k budget.
