  • Designed, developed, implemented, evaluated, and managed the learning curriculum for 1,250 exempt and non-exempt employees. Directed a Senior Training Specialist and administrative support; supervised 18 field trainers; and forecasted and managed a $700,000 budget.
  • Contributed to 30% increase in sales and 75% increase in employee retention through the design and development of ARA’s first national sales training initiative — a 3-phase curriculum designed to impart industry, technical, and product knowledge; improve selling skills; provide ongoing mentoring; and ensure continuous improvement post-training.
  • Directed Learning International, Inc., (now AchieveGlobal) in the customization of a national sales coaching curriculum to train field leadership in the mentoring of sales representatives, thereby ensuring effective application of selling skills and reducing turnover. Implemented and facilitated this program for 100+ leaders nationwide.

  • Led multi-divisional team of learning and development directors in the research and review of off-the-shelf and customized leadership development curricula. Developed learning curriculum and vendor selection criteria. Assessed curriculum and vendor based upon research of organization’s needs, available off-the-shelf product, and vendor/consultant interviews and presentations. Led team through selection process, identified and recommended most qualified vendor, and gained team consensus.
  • Conducted gap analyses; identified skill deficiencies; prepared objectives; defined content; and selected, sequenced, and led learning activities resulting in improved employee performance.
