• Roll-Out Responsible for quality systems in Europe, Africa and Asia Regions
• Collaborate closely with the program director for Roadmap preparation and resources anticipatio
• Monitor and supervise the roll-out activity at region level as well as the project team
• Weekly reporting to the program director as well as the client representative
• Prepare the scheduled projects with the client representative and business partner
• Manage the roll-out project from the Kick-off until the go-live with regards to the IS project methodology of the company (Prescoping, Initialization, Design,…, Release)
• Define project steps and milestones with the client representative
• Manage risks impacting quality process, cost and delay
• Animate design workshops and key users training on-site

• Global deploy program of QA applications, managing Change Control, Event and CAPA and Quality Electronic documents processes, to the sites belonging to the group.
