The recipient of a bachelor's degree in aeronautical science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Meghan Kruger worked as a pilot for five years before pursuing a career as a leasing portfolio manager. To that end, Meghan Kruger began working with International Brokerage Specialists, during which time she secured lease agreements for 2.1 million square feet of commercial real estate. She later served with Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest, Hungary, where she was responsible for leasing 2.9 million square feet of ground-up development, as well as existing office and retail space.
From 2009 to 2012, Meghan Kruger worked as a leasing representative with Lewis Retail Centers, where she served the commercial real estate market in California and Nevada. While there, she maintained involvement in all aspects of leasing from layout plan consulting to prospecting for tenants and negotiating lease documents. She later served four and a half years in a management capacity with Acadia Realty Trust, and is currently the senior vice president of New York's Seritage Growth Properties.
Supplementing her professional pursuits, Ms. Kruger regularly attends MAPIC and International Council of Shopping Center events.
