A Harvard MBA and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Maxwell Mulholland is founder and President of M+M Strategic Enterprises, LLC, where he specializes in developing innovative business solutions for domestic and global clients. Drawing on more than two decades of international leadership across a diverse range of industries, Maxwell Mulholland leverages his experience to construct key business strategies leading to operational excellence and strong revenue growth.
Previously, Mr. Mulholland served as Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at a division of Teledyne Technologies, where he earned the "Sales Executive Over-Achiever of the Year" award. He also has a strong operations background and has worked with technology companies in the US and internationally, developing growth strategies, optimizing operations, and turning around struggling organizations. A project he led while at Accenture won the Defense Department's 2007 “Admiral Stan Arthur Joint Logistics Team of the Year Award”.
Before beginning his business career, Mr. Mulholland served honorably for 10 years as a decorated officer in the U.S. Navy. He received his commission following graduation with high honors from the United States Naval Academy, and spent the majority of his career as an engineering officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, overhaul, and repair of nuclear power plants and their associated systems.
