I have supported a top-tier Credit Management team serving a major client in the Energy & Power industry. My main tasks were:
To manage the inflow and outflow of creditors’ data through our databases;
To maintain a solid and collaborative relationship between our team, the client’s employees and the other external consultants in the offices of Milan and Rome, constantly travelling between the two cities.
I represented my University during presentations at career fairs and University events around Italy. I also managed the relationship between my University and other education institutions. This experience made me an excellent public speaker.
I was part of the Supply Chain Management team for Civil Large Engines which dealt with supplier’s contractual claims on our Company. My main contribution was developing a tool to standardise the claims process. I also supported the negotiations with a variety of international suppliers on the amendments of supply contracts. This internship helped me understand the complex connections between the operational and the legal parts of a business.
I worked on business plans for SMEs, international market researches and started the negotiations for a partnership with the European Commission. I was part of the team that designed the business plan of the start-up “Musement”, which received a €5mln investment and currently holds a partnership with Trenitalia. We also received the “Most Entrepreneurial Junior Enterprise” award in Brussels.
I supported the work of the Corporate Division by conducting market researches and studying competitor’s actions in order to understand the best strategy for a new product launch. During this experience I greatly improved my analytics skills.
