Transformation & IT Project Manager in Insurance Industry Migrated the IT infrastructure of the Irish entity CACI to the Credit Agricole Group Infrastructure Platform CA-GIP). Coordinated the transition on the days of the migration between the Irish historical CACI network and the French CAGIP one including the migration of 1.6 tera of data.
Held the Regular Verification in Service period (VSR) post migration daily for 30 days: all post-implementation production issues were captured, affected and monitored by the project management team to ensure a fast paced resolution
Organised post migration Task force to resolve production issues and work on enhancement of processes based on our experience
