An experienced oncologist and hematologist, Dr. Matthew Taub received his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and MD from Ross University School of Medicine. After completing medical school, he fulfilled his internship and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and fellowship in oncology and hematology at New York Medical College. While completing his fellowship, Matthew Taub, MD, received honors such as the Best Fellow Award for his work at St. Vincent Medical Center.
For the past 17 years, Dr. Matthew Taub has worked as an oncologist and hematologist in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, where he has treated a wide range of benign and malignant conditions. A compassionate and altruistic physician, he has developed a strong bedside manner along with a treatment approach that relies upon evidence-based medicine and National Cancer Committee Network guidelines.
Dr. Matthew Taub draws upon this education and experience in his work with patients at Optimum Oncology Hematology Associates in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and as a physician affiliated with Broward General Medical Center, Memorial Health Care System of Florida, and other organizations. An active member of the field, he belongs to professional groups such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Florida Medical Association.
