An accomplished finance executive, Matt Eitner brings nearly two decades of experience to his position as the chief executive officer of New York City-based Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. In this role, he guides a company that has been providing wealth management services and corporate advising for nearly 200 years. Under the direction of Matt Eitner, Laidlaw & Company maintains offices across the United States and the United Kingdom and employs more than 150 financial professionals.
Matt Eitner attended the Kania School of Management at the University of Scranton before embarking on his finance career. Prior to joining Laidlaw & Company, he held a number of leadership positions in the investment field, including serving as a managing director with Aegis Capital Corp. and a vice president at Casimir Capital.
In addition to his work with Laidlaw, Mr. Eitner gives back to the community through his work with charitable organizations. Among other nonprofit groups, he supports Covenant House and Good Counsel Homes. He also serves on the board of trustees of Don Bosco Preparatory High School in New Jersey, and he was recently inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame.
