I am a Master student in Human Resources (HR) Management. I have just finished an exchange program, also specialized in HR Management at HEC Montréal, Canada. During my one-year internship at Allen & Overy Luxembourg, I worked closely with the recruitment officer in a competitive and international environment. My internship and international experience (Luxembourg, Italy and Canada) have been fulfilling and I would like to start my career in an international environment therefore, I am looking for a VIE position in HR.
Implementation of an effective management process of personal data following the entrance into force of the European GDPR compliance law (Global Data Protection Regulation)
Recruitment : head hunting on LinkedIn, creating job vacancies advertisement, online job posting, CV screening, sourcing on job boards, scheduling interviews, following-up applications with both managers and candidates, sending tests to candidates, creating and managing a candidates database, drafting internship offers. In charge of the whole recruitment process for the Maketing Intern position
Recruitment events : coordinating and assisting to recruitment events such as job fairs, recruitment dinners and job day in various universities across Europe. In charge of the communication plan and logistic aspects of recruitment campaigns in collaboration with universities.
Reference check process: in charge of the follow up with the external agency, person of reference for any question from the employees regarding this process

Writing articles for the monthly HR news.
Follow-up with interns and students
