Part of the team who implemented the Resource Management function for the Advisory practic of EY Singapore. My role aims to ensure that we maximize the business performance and deliver on our talent promise through a proactive management of the talent pool including 3 main activities:
Allocating the right people, to the right role
Supporting project demand prioritization and supply augmentation
Identifying and providing insight in regards to workforce planning and skills, capability and trends
