The aim of the project is to asses the potential in the Hungarian Smart Home market. After consulting key market players and conducting a customer survey, the final result is an IoT business case on which solution would be the most successful in the market.

I was responsible for assisting the work of the Senior Analyst Team. Analyse the incoming potential target companies, evaluate business opportunities, ideas and models, conduct market researches, write proposals to the Investment Board.
Preparing and assisting numerous official proposals in a wide range of industries (e.g. IT and IoT, Creative industry, Manufacturing,Consumer Goods) from the lead to actual investment decision.
I was responsible for recruit and lead a group of international volunteers trough the organisation and execution of the event series and competition.
As part of an international team organize and execute an initiative that aims to bring together the startup scene of the CEE region, including an international competition with 10 local events in the participating countries and the grand finale in Vienna.
To launch the first startup initiative of the Chamber. I organised the first international startup conference of the organisation. The BCCH-British Business Centre Startup Lab, the one day long conference, with speakers from 3 countries, considering the topic of the opportunities and pitfalls of expanding to the UK. Besides, I supported the day-to-day tasks of the office.
I managed the project of the startup conference that became on of the most successful events of the Chamber, with 6 speakers from 3 countries and more than 100 participants.
