Guiding MedExpert International, Mary Hiller is a pioneer in the area of machine learning and AI-enabled medical information systems that translate into better, more informed decisions. While serving as executive director for nearly two decades, Mary Hiller has focused on a Direct Decision Support platform that decreases costs while boosting responsiveness to the health needs of individuals and the overall population.

Ms. Hiller’s medical experience extends to the 1970s, when she guided leukemia research at the Department of Hematology at Stanford University. In 1980, she accepted a position with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (now Sutter Health) as medical information director.

Ms. Hiller’s experience also includes many years authoring a nationally syndicated United Media column focused on general health topics. The column mainly focused on translating complex concepts into language that the layperson could easily comprehend. In addition to responding to numerous letters from readers, she was responsible for the graphic development of the weekly column. Community focused, Ms. Hiller is a longtime supporter of the National Center for Equine Facilitated Therapy and of the Vista Center for the Blind.
