President of the Ziebold Law Group, attorney Mark Ziebold provides personalized planning solutions for clients throughout Southern California and in Arizona, Texas, South Dakota, and Nevada. Co-author of the book Asset Protection Strategies & Forms, published by James Publishing, Mark Ziebold frequently speaks on estate planning and taxation topics at private and continuing education events. In recognition of his professional achievements, he was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
Mr. Ziebold holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Baylor University and a juris doctor from Chapman University School of Law, where he later earned a master of laws (LLM) in taxation. He holds Certified Asset Protection Planner and Certified Wealth Preservation Planner designations from the Wealth Preservation Institute, and is one of fewer than 100 California lawyers with the taxation and estate planning, trust, and probate law specializations from the California state bar.
Apart from his legal career, Mr. Ziebold is a co-founder of Uplift Congo, a nonprofit organization devoted to caring for vulnerable children and families in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
