As the owner of Win-Win Homes in Torrance, California, Mark England oversees the purchase and rehabilitation of residential real estate. He focuses on helping people whose real estate ownership has become a burden, and at the same time, he revitalizes neighborhoods and creates welcoming homes for families. Drawing on a network of cash lenders, Mark England and his Torrance-based team progress efficiently through the purchase process and then renovate homes to move-in condition so he can sell them to buyers in need of safe, high-quality housing. This process provides jobs for local contractors, plumbers, electricians and at the same time allows for the city to get higher taxes for schools, police and fire departments.
Mark England entered the real estate industry following a 18-year tenure on the engineering team at Toyota, where he progressed from manufacturing engineer to product development engineering manager. Focused on empowering his team members, he worked to ensure that his engineers had the funding and motivational support to develop innovative technical solutions.
A graduate of the mechanical engineering program at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada, Mark England is continuing his education at Fortune Builders. Through hundreds of hours of intensive study, he continues to learn real estate investment skills that allow him to serve his company, clients and cash lenders. His experience in real estate dates back to 2002 when he purchased his first property and rehabbed it while living there. He has bought houses over the years but since joining Fortune Builders to learn their innovative systems for buying, rehabbing and selling homes, he started a company to do it as a full blown business.
