Improve perch (P. fluviatilis) fingerlings production by implementing a quality management system:
- Coordinate and lead focus group meeting
- Assess production data using bioindactors (Water quality, eggs/larvae/fingerlings quality data)
- Review and implement farming protocols
- Set up hygiene management plan
Assist the production team in their daily work
Stock management

Follow production management plan: moving and grading oysters until commercial size
Shipment: oysters cleaning and packing, insuring customers orders
Team leader: train and supervise a 6 person team to finalize oysters shipment during holiday season

Hatchery: Spawning, rearing of trout fingerlings in recirculating systems
Grow out tanks: Monitor growth, mortality, water quality. Apply feeding rate. Report activities in aquaculture management software. Transfer and harvest fish. Vaccination. Maintenance of outdoors biofilters and rearing tanks
Basic construction work

Set up and organize feed trials for fish larvae and fingerlings in recirculating systems
Artemia and microalgae production
Water quality analysis (NO2, NO3, pH, O2), fatty acid analysis (FAME), proximate analysis

Set up and coordinate research plan
Conduct interviews with fish farmers, local authorities and other aquaculture stakeholders
Report results via published document and conference to advise local authorities on good aquaculture management practices
