Dealing with thousands of residential clients sharpened up my attitude towards an unsatisfied customer. I made it a must to provide my personal phone number and various internet ID's to my clients. That grew in them the feeling that they are attended to and they constantly appreciated it through their feedback and subscriptions :). I really enjoyed taming my non assertive clients and following up with a call and listening to them that everything is fine was really rewarding, 90% of all internet related customer calls are generated by clients misuse of their computer.
