  • Internal Communications
    • Coordinating communication for the IT department (Global Technologies Services UK & EMEA) including fornightly newsletters, noticeboards, posters and flyers.
    • Ensuring alignment of published documents and supports with Société Générale brand guidelines.
    • Updating the different Intranets and SharePoint with recent documents and organisational charts.
    • Liaising with EMEA GTS teams and GTS Group Communication team to ensure regular communication about projects across entities.
  • Events
    • Assisting in the organisation of events, seminars and town halls by sourcing and booking facilities, suppliers and external venues.
    • Negotiating contracts and fees.
    • Managing supplier relationships including for food and catering.
    • Overseeing setting up of venues and logistics including accommodation and badges.
    • Collecting and designing presentations.
    • Organising AV equipment and conference call access.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR champion for the IT department
    • Helping in raising the profile of CSR within GTS through regular communication
    • Communicating involvement in CSR activities to senior managers (fundraising events, volunteering activities, environmental projects)
    • Helping the CSR department with communication supports (intranet, posters, lift screens, etc.)
    • Actively participating to CSR volunteering events and initiatives (London Poppy Day 2013)
    • Recruited a GTS CSR Ambassador among senior management team
    • Keeping the CSR team updated on local participation in CSR activities and sharing ideas
  • Administration
    • Assisting in meeting arrangements and travel requests for management team.
