Employed Available
Award winning ESG & Sustainability strategy Specialist with 15+ years’ career track record of driving sustainable business development in international and multicultural environments in Europe and North America.
Dynamic and forward-thinking professional with a passion for improving business performance and achieving short- and long-range objectives through skillful operational leadership, while promoting the principles of ESG and sustainability. Possess hands-on experience in turning around under-performing units/processes, in addition to leading and motivating teams to meet and exceed goals. Capable of blending big-picture viewpoints with tactical considerations. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills to develop networks and prioritize effectively. Exceptional skills in working with people—employees, teams, clients, and other stakeholders—to create a positive, welcoming, and profitable environment through partnerships across the organization.

High achiever, I'm deeply passionate about creating new initiatives that help people navigate their sustainability and strategic journey. It is essential for me to play my part in building a more sustainable world, for I believe it is necessary for humanity, but also prospering in business. Integrating sustainability into strategies through concrete actions tied to efficient communication should become a natural reflex, proving that sustainable development is not an oxymoron and can create shared value for all stakeholders. I also believe it is critical organisations fully consider the importance of their human capital, putting people and diversity back at the heart of their mission, while shaping or defining the clear purpose of their activities.
