Launching a new brand on the Belgian market: Limo (60%). Managing international marketing and business development for granini (20%). Helping manage the digital transformation of Eckes-granini at a global level (20%).
Counseling on 5 one-month missions with entrepreneurs at various stages of their project, with main drivers : creation, business development, communication issues, financial recovery.
Dealing with different sectors: digital marketing and digital signage issues, marketing automation and retail sector, innovative technologies.
Working with multidisciplinary teams which changed for each mission.
Coordinating an editorial team and a multimedia team, and ambassadors in all schools and universities in Grenoble in order to launch a new website and grow a community for students in Grenoble.
