  • Deployment and daily support of Pay-tv systems for Liberty Global affiliates in Europe, integration tests with 3rd party systems, acceptance tests, analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Management of the daily customer support: resources assignments, incidents resolution, root cause analysis, and communication to customer and third parties.
  • Maintenance of internal and customer documentation.
  • Deployment and daily support of NAGRA Pay-tv systems for Liberty Global affiliates in Europe. Integration tests with 3rd party systems, acceptance tests, analysis, and resolution of technical issues, mainly located in Munich, and at customer premises in Amsterdam.
  • Deployment of Pay-tv systems for TVCabo and Abertis in Madrid.
  • Development and support of Interactive Voice Response Applications and Language Grammars based on Nuance voice recognition technology (Siatvox and C++) in Telefónica
  • Software development in Orange, based on Java, JDBC and Oracle (Feb 2007 – Apr 2007).
  • Support and content management for Vodafone Rating Platform of Added Value systems, based on Oracle, UNIX and C++ (May 2006 –Feb 2007).
