Supporting the sales team by proposing sales-actions in order to respect the planned roadmap
Following-up & supporting the after-sales team
Creating a team environment with an open communication culture (listening, solving issues, recognising high performance, motivating, etc.)
Products decision based on the positionning in the market and on the business case
Working on achiveving the target Business plan & being responsible of the product launch date
Managing product life cycles: product decision, order, project plan, software testing & approval, artwork design & labels approval, quality inspection, shipment planification, customs clearance assistance, launch of the products in the market; sales & after-sales following-up & support
Coordinating between the different involved parties in the products life cycles (suppliers; marketing, finance, logistics, after-sales, etc.) in order to respect the project plan & launch the product on time
Performing technical tests on products to ensure they are compliant with the specifications & with the customer's requirements
