This was a cross-section project (ACRN-MS and DMPK) showing that LC/MS can provide a quick and relatively easy identification and quantitation from potential drugs. For this work I was involved in the sample preparation (microsomal incubation) with the DMPK team, followed by its analysis by LC/MS which included method development and spectra interpretation
