I am a BioAnalyst with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Analytical Chemistry. I have worked with Small Molecules as well as Cyclic Peptides. Enthusiastic and very dedicated, I love nothing more than a challenge when it comes to analysing a high/medium throughput ADMET assay or developing and validating a method for the analysis of PK samples.
Working with small challenging cyclic peptides in two areas: PK: method development, sample preparation and analysis by UPLC-MS/MS of in-vivo samples. ADMET: implementation of medium throughput screening platform for the analysis of Caco-2, Plasma Stability, Microsomal Stability and Protein Binding samples. The platform consists of two Waters Xevo-TQD with UPLC I-Class on the front end, which are run in parallel.
