I I am a passionate person for my work, especially focused on Marketing, Communication and customers for over 20 years, as well as in technology.   • I create from scratch the Marketing Department at Aventia after the merger with Renacimiento Sistemas, It made new business lines (Security and BI). So I manage all business plan (company goals and strategy for the next 3 years), Marketing and Communication (Int / Ext) from each line and Corporate one.
  • Making OffLine Actions independent and with Microsoft as: CEUS, Developers Daya, Tech Days, SOA, …. Direct Marketing activities, and customer Journey.
  • Internal Communication coordinates with Human Resources Department (Personas Plan and Internal Campaign, internal magazine, Internal bulletin, promoting the “team” creation).
  • External Communication (Press realizes, Press events, Opinion articles, commercial bulletins…)
  • Commercial Support (Sales Report, Sales Kit so personalize to each customer, Customer Offers, Sales Annual Plan, Demand Generation…)
  • Keep and Maintenance Customer Data Base: CRM 4.0 as a marketing and commercial tool. Sales Report, Forecast, Pipelines, and also open and analysis Open Opportunities and cross selling.
  • I much emphasis on the Line Renacimiento (First Gold Partner of Microsoft), collaborating really closely with Microsoft. I collaborate with Human Resources and its Internal Communications (newsletters / Facilities) and commercial team (marking strategies and Reports ) & Partners relationship, because I was the responsible of Corporate business strategy.
