I I am a passionate person for my work, especially focused on Marketing, Communication and customers for over 20 years, as well as in technology. I am authentic, optimistic, a great XLOB collaborator, communicator, a great leader, as well as a volunteer mentor. Proactive and with great initiative to create and manage new proposals (out of the box) and with a positive attitude and continuous learning.
I create from scratch the Marketing Department at Aventia after the merger with Renacimiento Sistemas, It made new business lines (Security and BI). So I manage all business plan (company goals and strategy for the next 3 years), Marketing and Communication (Int / Ext) from each line and Corporate one.
Making OffLine Actions independent and with Microsoft as: CEUS, Developers Daya, Tech Days, SOA, …. Direct Marketing activities, and customer Journey.
Internal Communication coordinates with Human Resources Department (Personas Plan and Internal Campaign, internal magazine, Internal bulletin, promoting the “team” creation).
External Communication (Press realizes, Press events, Opinion articles, commercial bulletins…)
Commercial Support (Sales Report, Sales Kit so personalize to each customer, Customer Offers, Sales Annual Plan, Demand Generation…)
Keep and Maintenance Customer Data Base: CRM 4.0 as a marketing and commercial tool. Sales Report, Forecast, Pipelines, and also open and analysis Open Opportunities and cross selling.
I much emphasis on the Line Renacimiento (First Gold Partner of Microsoft), collaborating really closely with Microsoft. I collaborate with Human Resources and its Internal Communications (newsletters / Facilities) and commercial team (marking strategies and Reports ) & Partners relationship, because I was the responsible of Corporate business strategy.
