I Managed Accounting , sales, demand generation , Traditional Marketing and also I used on 2012 Digital Marketing Campaigns (SEO / SEM , web analytics, Social Media Publicity Campaigns, CRM, my Hotel server and website based on Cloud), External Communication
Being the responsible of its Corporate Image, Internal & External Communication, Community Manager (managing all Hotel social media and professional Hotels Blog), create new strategies to approach and attack new customer and also make a Fidelity Annual Plan.
I plan , design, and manage the Boutique Hotel being the most Innovate IT Hotel in Spain, where create new tourism concepts as : Create Liturgies (customer journey: Welcome and Farewell Client) , I create a new Tourism Staff concept (more flexible, open and new training concept), and promoting new tourism rules ( Hotel Schedule , new type of customers reception...).
