CONTRACTOR: Working effective as a part of a team or individually in fields as engineering, project management, EPCs with concepts in projects operation involving senior level negotiations.
STATOIL – PEREGRINO FIELD OFFSHORE: Detailing of mechanical engineering for the Peregrino II field located 85 kilometers offshore Brazil in the Campos basin at about 100 meters of water depth covering engineering services, procurement activities interfaces and management assistance for the Peregrino Phase II facilities project. Battery limits interface and overall system responsibilities goes from the Electrical Submerged Pumps down hole and into existing FPSO for integration with the existing production facilities, including the main activities, as follows: Concept Study, FEED study, identification, procurement and follow up of delivery of Long Lead Items (LLI), preparation of technical basis for the EPC bid packages and assistance in technical bid evaluation, hook up and commissioning support, preparing the commissioning system and the commissioning procedures, updating and evaluation of overall schedule for the project, support on process to obtain the required Brazilian Governmental Authority approvals and final documentation for hand over to Operations (Life Cycle Information - LCI).
COMPERJ Project - RJ: Activities in support of suitable engineering PETROBRAS codes and international standards relevant to mechanical engineering, covering all dynamic and mechanical equipment (Pumps / Compressors / Turbines & Packages) used for the undertaking of the following units: ON-SITE Process and OFF-SITE Facilities. Endorsing the content and quality of engineering specifications used for the procurement of equipment. Work with the supply chain department to ensure that mechanical equipment is purchased to the required quality level and with the required level of certification and testing.
Mechanical Projects Supervisor as Senior Rotating Mechanical Engineer responsible for preparing, detailing and verifying of requisition for purchase orders, technical and commercial evaluations, qualifying of available suppliers / vendors, liaison between customers and operating divisions and improvement of documentation in order to receive mechanical equipment or utilities packages for paper / pulp, mining, chemical and petrochemical industries.
Experience as coordinator about very large scale projects for supporting and selecting technical equipment: Rotating (centrifugal / reciprocating pumps – API 610/674/675/676, compressors – API 617/618/619, screws conveyors – insulated and not insulated); Electrical accessories (motor control centers – NEMA / IEC, level transmitter, flow meter); LINES FITTINGS (filters, hydro cyclones, control valves, piping installation – steam/gas/water); TESTS (non-destructive: x-ray, penetrating liquid, hydrostatic tests) and OTHERS (weighing machines, bucket elevators and overhead bridge cranes).

Detailing of mechanical engineering for Sodium Methylate Plant, with production of 15 kt/y, including consolidation of Equipment Lists, technical Data Sheets issues, vendors Calculations Reports, technical analysis for pumps / loading-unloading arms / ejectors / static mixers / Venturi Gas / HVAC specifications and elaboration of materials requisitions (MRs), Technical Analysis of equipment and packages, Vendors Drawings verification for all equipment of ISBL and OSBL areas.
PETROBRAS – RPBC (GASOLINE) PLANT. Detailing of mechanical engineering for CRACKED NAPHTHA HYDRODESULFURIZATION UNIT (U-2316), DEA TREATMENT UNIT (U-22323), COKER NAPHTHA HYDROTREATING UNIT (U-2315), SUBSTATION (C-09) and LOCAL CONTROL HOUSE (CCL-18), including: 48 pumps (SULZER as API-610), 4 oil mist lubrication systems (LUBRITECH), 2 centrifugal compressors (SIEMENS and ELLIOTT as API-617 with turbine driven as API-612) and 2 reciprocating compressors (DRESSER-RAND and HOWDEN as API-618).
HATCH ENGINEERING (BRAZIL)–ALUMAR PLANT. Detailing of mechanical engineering for expansion alumina unit.

BECHTEL ENGINEERING (BRAZIL/USA)–KLABIN RIOCELL PLANT. Lump-Sum contract to increase Mill-operating rate to 1,103 ADt/d of bleached pulp to high-density storage at 100% efficiency in Birmingham (Alabama-USA).
SETAL LUMMUS (BRAZIL/USA/ARGENTINA)–RIO POLIMEROS ETHYLENE PLANT/PETROBRAS-REDUC PLANT/POLITENO-POLYETHYLENE PLANT/SERRA DA FORTALEZA MINING/MONSANTO-GLYPHOSATE-ROUND UP PLANT. Supporting the activities of operations of mechanical engineering department including preparation and implementation of technical standards for rotating equipment procedures such as commissioning plans in Zárate (Argentina) at Monsanto site.
